Title: Who can use LawnCheck?

LawnCheck can be used by anyone who has always-on Internet (DSL or cable Internet) and an EtherRain sprinkler controller.   

LawnCheck supports timezones in the US, Canada, Western Europe, and Australia.   Weather information is provided by Yahoo Weather or DarkSky.  Both services offer local weather in many areas around the world.
